Terms
Three Golds is a free mahjong game run by TZ Flow LLC. By playing, you agree to these terms. Questions go to hello@threegolds.app.
It is a game, played for points
Scores in Three Golds are points. The app does not handle money. Nothing in it can be bought, won or cashed out, and it is not a gambling service. What players arrange among themselves away from the app is their own business and their own responsibility.
Who can play
Three Golds is for a general audience. A child under 13 should play with a parent or guardian, who picks the display name. If you are under 18, play with a parent's or guardian's permission.
Be decent
Your display name and anything you write in a problem report must not harass or threaten anyone, pretend to be someone else, or break the law. We may rename or remove a player, or close a table, when that happens.
Do not try to break the game, read other players' hidden tiles, or overload the service.
What belongs to whom
The app, its artwork and the Three Golds name belong to TZ Flow LLC. The typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License. Mahjong and its rules are traditional and belong to everyone.
No promises about uptime
The game is provided as it is. It may change, pause or end at any time. A table is deleted 90 days after it was last used, and no later than a year after its last hand. A practice hand is deleted 7 days after it starts. Do not rely on the game to keep your scores. We make no warranty that it will be available, free of errors, or fit for a particular purpose.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, TZ Flow LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the game, and our total liability is limited to 50 US dollars.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. If you live somewhere that gives you consumer rights that cannot be waived, those rights still apply.
Privacy
What the game stores and how to have it removed is on the Privacy page.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, the date below changes and the app's changelog says so.
